Representing the United States in over seven world championships, Pan American Games, as well as the World Games, Brian Richardson is no stranger to strength and conditioning. Upon finishing his career as a World Class athlete Brian went on to San Diego State University where he garnered a B.S. degree in Kinesiology. Brian is also a performance enhancement specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. As a result of his intense education, Brian is able to bring a more clinical feel to the realm of personal training. He states, “ In order to prescribe an effective fitness / strength and conditioning program, the exercise practitioner must follow the necessary testing protocol. Not all of us are body builders so; it makes no sense to train like one.”
Brian specializes in performance enhancement for sports such as baseball, figure skating, mixed martial arts, motocross, and golf to name a few. Brian along with his colleague, Kevin Duenas, is currently the strength and conditioning consultant for the Cal State University Long Beach (CSULB) Baseball organization. Brian believes ultimately the individual's fitness program should be fun and attainable. Dynamic Fitness High Performance Kinesiology uses an Optimum Performance Training model™ that incorporates integrated-functional training, enabling the client to increase balance and neuromuscular efficiency, along with altering body composition. Kevin Duenas is an accomplished athlete and golf enthusiast currently finishing his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in health fitness. Having been named Fitness Manager of the year in 2001 for the largest health/ fitness corporation in the world, Kevin is no stranger to the fast growing industry. To Dynamic Fitness High Performance Kinesiology, Kevin brings hard science specializing in golf performance enhancement, health and wellness, youth fitness, as well as general fitness. Kevin states, “Without the clear understanding of correct testing protocol along with human biomechanics, it is impossible to guide the client to success.”
While focusing on valid scientific properties, Kevin also understands the clients program should be fun and attainable. Kevin currently works with a number of high school, college, and professional athletes specializing in speed, strength, and power in such sports as golf, baseball, volleyball, and soccer to name a few. Kevin along with his colleague Brian Richardson, is the strength and conditioning consultant for the Cal State University Long Beach (CSULB) Baseball organization. Kevin and Brian together have placed Dynamic Fitness High Performance Kinesiology at the forefront of personal training and performance enhancement.
