Get Back To Peak Fitness
You’re not 18 anymore. But you’re not over the hill. Get off your butt and back in the game.

It’s time to get back to being physically fit. You’re out of the service — and into pain. Or at least not feeling as fit as you were back in the day. Maybe you’re now working as a police officer or firefighter. Or maybe you find yourself sitting at a desk all day.

Whoever you are, you want to be in better shape. But with your family and work responsibilities, it isn’t easy.

Maybe your old injuries are flaring up again. Former Marine Recon Chris May wanted to get out of chronic pain and back in shape. He writes:

“Anthony’s ability to understand my limitations from years of injuries as a Reconnaissance Marine drastically changed the way I look at exercise. Anthony challenged me every day and tailored my workouts to get the most out of my time, I looked forward to everyday and what he would come up with next to challenge me. Anthony’s ability to identify common injuries and provide rapid solutions to injuries that would have put me down for several days was incredible. I have never experienced this level of understanding and knowledge that was so effective in recovery. I was often right back at it or at the most we would adjust my work out for a day or so and I would be back in the fight. I was extremely satisfied with the program Anthony developed that kept me engaged and motivated as I progressed. I would highly recommend Anthony to anyone that is looking to make gains and learn lifelong skills that will keep you healthy and push your limits at the same time.”

How I Helped Chris And How I Can Help You

I’m Anthony Cruz, a former Officer In Charge of the Army Master Fitness Trainer Course and a current Medical Operations and Intelligence Officer.

I not only know what it’s like to serve but I also know the science of feeling and moving better, thanks to my academic training and thousands of hours of practical experience with…

…people just like you.

Among my credentials are bachelors and masters degrees in exercise science. I’m a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator (TSAC-F) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). I’m also a Certified Sports Performance Coach through USA Weightlifting (USAW) and a Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)

Take it from me. It’s time to stop going to the doctor, taking an anti-inflammatory, resting for two weeks and repeating this process hoping to get a different result.

It’s time to take action.

It’s time to get off your butt and back in the game.

It’s time to realize there is no magic pill or miracle surgery that will produce lasting results without putting in the work.

It’s time to get out of pain and start actually “training” again.

Get The Expert Advice You Need To Get Back In The Game

Don’t go to the gym and lift like a bodybuilder. Always lifting in one plane of motion using the same reps, same sets, and same exercises will not get you out of pain and produce the lasting results you deserve. Your training should use multi-directional movement for stabilization, strength, and power.

Poor posture can be a direct result from sitting many hours a day, but let’s not just blame this office lifestyle.

Remember that heavy gear you used to wear, on top of carrying that ruck or some other object on your back? How about heavy back squats? Do you remember foam rolling and stretching after every session? Neither do I.

For years, spinal compression was just part of the job. That caused irregular spinal curvature and disrupted normal resting length of muscles. And this increased stress to the human movement system as a whole.

Take Back Your Health and Get Fit Again

Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in the world they’ve been given than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact. It’s an opinion. Impossible is not a declaration. It’s a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing.” – Muhammad Ali

Where is your health right now? Are you overweight and in pain? Are you active and in pain?

You need to eliminate the limiting factors.

You’ll make progressive, positive changes towards your specific goals.

And that’s why I want to help you.

With this coaching program, you will finally take back your health.

As my client, I can help you improve movement which will decrease pain, and in turn get you back to peak fitness.

Yes, you can retake control of your health, get out of pain, and get back to peak fitness.

Why Choose Me?

Out of all the coaches out there, why should you choose me?

I truly know where you are coming from.

I believe there is not nearly enough support to men and women who are out of the service. You really can move and perform like you used to. And I can show you how. You will learn:

  • Why your lifting could be making things worse
  • How small changes in nutrition will quickly shed body fat and decrease inflammation in the body
  • The importance of optimizing posture
  • Why recovery should be a significant part of your lifestyle
  • Why pain-free cardio should be a staple in your training
Imagine Your Pain Free Life

You may have let an old injury dictate your lifestyle for years.

You have pushed through most of the day only to be in pain the next morning.

Let’s be honest. Your diet needs work.

If you exercise at all, it is something tailored for body building or high intensity. Who cares that this is making everything worse, right?

You should. Your family does.

Let’s imagine what pain-free training done correctly would look like.

It’s a Tuesday and you just crushed everyone you played on the racquetball court. Or maybe you were able to throw a ball and run with your kids without pain.

You were faster, more agile, and clearly able to move like you used to before pain took over your life.

Yep, you felt like you had a dose of Captain America’s soldier serum.

It all starts with:

Moving more. Start moving more if you are stuck behind a desk all day. Pain loves the stagnant. Don’t let it win. Fight back.

Sleeping  better. Do you have a nighttime routine established? Your body recovers when it sleeps. If you are on your phone until the moment you close your eyes kiss that quality sleep goodbye.

Paying  attention to posture. Poor posture equals poor movement. Poor movement makes it more difficult to obtain functional, lean muscle.

Imagine This

Imagine walking into the gym tomorrow and having the power of a coach and laser-guided program aimed to get you strong, muscular, and out of pain. It’s all there at the touch of a button on your phone.

No confusion.

No information overload.

All you need to do is execute.

After a few workouts you’re not only feeling better, you’re also looking better. Your gut is a little smaller.

Your shirt is tighter across your chest.

Hell, you’re even more confident.

And when you continue this for weeks and months?

Your shoulders, knees, and back won’t ache.

You’ll be on your way to having your best body, much like John Fernandez.

John’s Story And Why It Matters To You

John is 32 and currently in the Army. He came to me looking to prepare physically for a deployment. His overall goal was to increase lean body mass and increase strength. BUT there as one problem…PAIN. He still had lingering pain from a rotator cuff surgery.

Everytime he got into a rhythm with his training, John’s dang shoulder pain would come back. He fought through it. But then the pain would get so bad enough he’d have to stop training completely.

He was cleared from therapy, but still having trouble meeting his goals. The problem turned out to bet a limited range of motion and poor stabilizer muscles in the thoracic spine and shoulder.

We added some range, threw some activation exercises in the beginning each day, and balanced out his muscle groups.

The result? John was back to training and out of pain within a few weeks.

John was able to go on his last deployment in peak fitness. Now he’s training to increase lean muscle mass.

I can customize an individual training program for you, just as I did for John.

No more stress.

No more pain. (Well, maybe I should say: “ no more bad joint pain. You’re still gonna’ work!)

You’ll learn not only what to do, but why you’re doing it. You’ll regain control of your fitness.

No longer will you ask “what should I do in the gym today?”

No more programming hopping. No more info overload. No more failure.

Instead, all you’ll need to do is pull up your custom workout on your phone and execute.

Your workouts will be as simple as possible, yet as in-depth as needed so you can train and build your best body no matter the circumstances.

Time is your most precious resource. Do you really have time to waste on another ineffective program that isn’t customized to your hectic life?

If the answer is no, then it’s time to take action.

You can either continue on the path you’re going and look in the mirror each morning wondering, “what if.”

Or you can fill out the application below right now and change your future.
