Brian has been training me because I have a mild case of Cerebral Palsy. As a result, my gate was off because my right side is significantly shorter than my left. Also, when I came to Brian, my entire right side was weak. Through Core Training primarily focusing flexibility and balance with some weight training, I've made significant progress. My right heel used to turn out when I finished walking. Now, it is almost completely straight. I noticed this after only four sessions with Brian! My chiropractor suspects that my bones are re-aligning to their correct position because of the corrective gate change that is taking place as a result of Brian's training methods. I went from having no hope of walking correctly and being comfortable to having even more hope that I will be able to walk normally. I went from saying that Cerebral Palsy is just life to saying I don't have to live with it! I can beat its physical limitations thanks in large part to Brain's training methods!
