27 Feb Turkey Breakfast Patty
Ingredients:
1lb lean ground turkey
½ onion minced
½ bell pepper minced (any color)
3 large egg whites cooked and minced
1 large egg raw
1 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Garlic powder
½ tsp Paprika
3oz Goat or feta cheese if desired
Directions:
Preheat BBQ or Grill to medium high heat. In a pan cook 3 egg whites and then let cool. Once cooled mince and put in a large mixing bowl. In the same bowl combine all other ingredients and form into 6 individual patties. Grill for 7-8 min each side until cooked through (165°). Remove patties from grill and let stand for a few minutes before serving.
Makes about 6 servings.
