Brian continues most of his post-graduate work at the esteemed CHEK institute in Vista, California where he is a level 2 practitioner. To state that Brian is passionate about the field of health and human performance is an understatement.

When not at Dynamic Fitness, he can often be found at the local coffee house studying current research whilst sipping his favorite cup-a-joe! It is that very diligence that has allowed Brian to be both published, as well as featured in several publications such as Muscle & Fitness, Oxygen Magazine, Muscular Development, CHEK the Pulse, UFC 360, as well as Iron Man Magazine where he is a regular contributor and consultant.

As a result of his intense education, Brian is able to bring a more clinical feel to the realm of health and fitness. He states, “ In order to prescribe an effective fitness / strength and conditioning program, the exercise practitioner must follow the necessary testing protocol. Not all of us are body builders so; it makes no sense to train like one.”

Brian specializes in performance enhancement for sports such as baseball, volleyball, figure skating, mixed martial arts, motocross, and soccer to name a few. Brian along with the DF team have placed Dynamic Fitness High Performance Kinesiology at the forefront of personal training, rehabilitation and performance enhancement.
